Non Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the property
Dogs
Dogs are accepted (Maximum of 2 dogs) at a charge of £20 per dog. No dogs are allowed upstairs. Pet owners are responsible for any extra cleaning that may be required either in the property or in the grounds. Pets must not be left alone in the property.
Cleaning
It is a requirement that you leave The Noddfa in the same state which you found it on arrival. The hirer is responsible for any additional cleaning costs incurred.
Cancellation
Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason, once notified we will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful a full refund will be given. If it is a late cancellation then the deposit will not be returned.
